PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Special Presidential Projects Coordinating Committee (SPPCC -Yellow Machine Projects) in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Works, invites qualified candidates to apply for employment opportunities across all fifteen (15) counties of Liberia.
Application Drop-off Time
Date: March 10-30, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily
All applications must be dropped-off at the County Headquarter in each respective county, at the Office of the Superintendent.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Dump Truck Drivers
- Tractor and Low-Bed Drivers
- Heavy Equipment Operators, including:
- Backhoe Operators
- Excavator Operators
- Compactor (Roller) Operators
- Bulldozer Operators
- Motor Grader Operators
- Front-End Loader Operators
- Mechanics – Heavy Duty and Light Duty Vehicles
- Tire Shop Technicians – Heavy Duty and Light Duty
- Electricians – Heavy Duty and Light Duty Vehicles
- Auto Light Duty Technicians
- County Coordinator
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATIONS – DRIVERS AND OPERATORS
- Must be a Liberian citizen.
- Valid Liberian driver’s license and citizen ID card
- 3 years of driving or equipment operating experience
- Valid Heavy-Duty, Truck, Tractor, Yellow Machine license
- All candidates MUST understand basic traffic signs.
- List all types of machines you can operate or drive.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATIONS – MECHANICS, ELECTRICIANS, TIRE SHOP TECHNICIANS AND AUTO LITE DUTY
- Must be a Liberian citizen.
- Valid Liberian driver’s license and citizen ID card
- 3 years of mechanic experience on heavy duty, Lite duty and/or yellow machines
- Valid Heavy-Duty, Truck, Tractor, Yellow Machine repair training
- Original copy of High School diploma (technical and vocational certificates are an added advantage)
- List all machines you can repair.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- All candidates must understand basic traffic signs.
- Shortlisted candidates must successfully complete a written examination and practical road/equipment test.
- Only qualified applicants who meets the stated requirements will be considered.
- Once all applications are received and reviewed, candidates will be notified when the interview and recruitment will be scheduled.
