FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Greenville, Sinoe County — The Sinoe Dollar Rally Initiative was officially launched on Saturday, February 28, 2026, under the leadership of Hon. Alexander Nah Sleweon, Superintendent of Sinoe County. In his remarks, Superintendent Sleweon described the initiative as “more than fundraising; rather, a collective commitment to hope, unity, and development.”
He encouraged citizens across all communities to support the movement and participate fully in shaping the county’s development future.
Superintendent Sleweon emphasized that the Office of the Superintendent will provide supervisory oversight throughout the implementation of the initiative.
This structure, he noted, is intended to uphold transparency, accountability, and public confidence in the management and reporting of all funds generated.
In strengthening public trust, Hon. Sleweon further announced that the Sinoe Dollar Rally Team will issue periodic reports to keep citizens informed about contributions received, activities undertaken, and progress made in line with the initiative’s objectives.
During the ceremony, Superintendent Sleweon called on all Sinoe citizens both at home and in the diaspora to actively participate in and support the initiative, stressing that lasting development can only be achieved when communities unite around shared responsibility, collective action, and a common vision for growth.
The Sinoe Dollar Rally aims to mobilize financial and communal support for ongoing development programs across the county.
With donations beginning at just one dollar, the initiative seeks to demonstrate that meaningful change can be driven by small contributions when citizens stand together in solidarity and purpose.
